Lecithin aids in emulsifying fats, enabling them to be dispersed in water. It also naturally abounds in phosphatidyl inositol, phosphatidyl ethanolamine, and essential fatty acids. The product should not be taken in case of hypersensitivity to any of the constituents of the preparation.
