Super B-Complex provides all of the eight essential B vitamins, in highly absorbable and active forms, including pre-methylated forms. Our vitamin B complex provides body-ready folate, rather than poorly absorbed folic acid tablets, and vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin which is better absorbed and retained in the body than cyanocobalamin. Vitamin B6 exists in 6 forms but we use Pyridoxal-5-phosphate the only form with cofactor activity.
