It is a VERY concentrated powder made up of pure potassium chloride (KCl / potassium salt) and therefore, essentially asalt substitute mineral powder but it is sodium-free. It can therefore be highly useful to correct electrolyte imbalances but needs to be taken with care or under supervision.
