Each tablet combines 500mg of vitamin C with two naturally sourced bioflavonoids: rutin, extracted from buckwheat, and hesperidin, derived from citrus fruit skins. Bioflavonoids are a family of plant polyphenols naturally found alongside vitamin C in fruits and vegetables.
