WHAT IS TRIPHALA?: Organic Triphala is an ayurvedic blend of fruit powders also known as the ‘Three Fruits’. It is made up of Amalaki (Phyllanthus emblica), Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellirica), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). It is the cornerstone of Ayurveda. It is an adaptogen which is high in Vitamin C and can support wellness and good health.
HOW TO USE: Use 1 – 2 tsps once a week, progressing to 1 – 2 tsps every evening or split into 3 servings per day. Add to a little liquid. 1 tsp equals 4 grams.
