Yes, our B-complete and B12 can be taken together, there is a lower dosage of B12 in the B-complete (100μg per 4 sprays) compared to that dosage in the Boost B12 (1200μg per 4 sprays). You may find having 1-2 sprays of our B12 alongside our B-complete may give you the boost required.
